Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, or you wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 working days from delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Return within 14 working days of delivery or notifying us of cancellation.
  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly delivered.
  • Please ensure you obtain Proof of Postage when returning goods to us.

Important Note: We cannot accept the return of used polishes unless defective.

Refund Process:

  • We will refund the price you paid for the goods (not including delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, provided you meet the above conditions.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card).
  • If you cancel your order but do not return the goods within 14 working days of cancellation, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.

Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such cases, we will notify you that a reduced refund will be offered or you can arrange for the goods to be returned to you within 28 days.

Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Items:

If the goods you receive are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.

  • Please notify us immediately by emailing our Customer Service Team at customercare@nailkind.com (Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 4:00pm, excluding Bank Holidays).
  • To ensure quick resolution, please provide your order number and keep the box, packing materials, and damaged items for inspection.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

The Returns Process:

To return your order, please follow the steps below:

Return the Product:

  • Return the item in its original condition within 14 working days of delivery or cancellation notice.
  • Make sure the parcel is properly sealed.
  • Keep your Proof of Postage for your records. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Processing the Refund:

  • If you have requested a refund, we will process it within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • You will receive email notification once your refund has been processed.
  • For exchanges or replacements, these will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods and will be sent via standard delivery.
