Ordering and delivery

How much is delivery?

Yodel 48hrs is £4.95, and free when you spend £30 or more. DPD Next Day is £9.95, and free from £50. Order by 2pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We deliver to the UK, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. For Ireland and the rest of Europe, please email customercare@nailkind.com.

Can I mix shades and nail care in one set?

Yes. Every product is £8.95, and Pick 3 (£22.95) and Pick 5 (£35.95) apply to any mix of shades, nail care and The Gel Wraps. Gift cards are the only exception.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. Send unopened items back within 14 working days of delivery. Put your order number in the parcel and keep your proof of postage. You pay the return postage. Full details are in our returns policy.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email customercare@nailkind.com with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or a refund. You do not need to send anything back.

The polish

Will the shade look like it does on screen?

Screens vary, so a shade can look a little different on your nails. Every product page has photos on real hands. Our Shade Finder helps you choose.

How long does it last?

With a base coat and a top coat, up to two weeks chip free. Two thin coats of colour last longer than one thick one.

Do I really need the base and top coat?

A base coat gives colour something to grip and stops staining. A top coat seals the free edge, where chips start. Together they are the difference between day two and day seven.

Is NailKind vegan?

Yes. All our polishes are vegan and up to 85% plant-based. The full ingredient list is on every shade page.

Is it safe while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Our polishes are free from formaldehyde, toluene, DBP and camphor. If you have any concerns, please ask your doctor or midwife.

Where is NailKind made?

NailKind is a Danish brand. Our polishes are made in France.

The Gel Wraps

Do I need a lamp?

No. The Gel Wraps are already cured. Press them on, file the edge and you are done in about 8 minutes.

How do I remove them?

Warm the wrap with a drop of nail oil, lift gently from the side and peel. Never use acetone, and never pull them off dry.
